Built for a Brazilian problem.

Brazil has 81 million people in debt and over R$300 billion in stuck receivables. Collections still depends on expensive call centers, rigid scripts, and processes that embarrass the debtor. Dyvit exists to solve this with infrastructure, not more people.

Collections in Brazil was expensive, manual, and embarrassing. We decided to make it autonomous, empathetic, and instant.

Our mission

The call center model doesn't scale. Each human operator handles one conversation at a time, with a fixed script, during business hours only. For portfolios with thousands of overdue contracts, the math simply doesn't work.

We built an AI agent that negotiates via WhatsApp and confirms payments via Pix, 24 hours a day. The debtor receives a personalized approach, with the right tone, at the right moment. No embarrassment, no waiting, no friction.

Our goal is to transform collections from a cost center into revenue infrastructure. Every real recovered autonomously is proof that technology can replace manual processes with more empathy, more speed, and less cost.
