No. All plans are monthly and can be cancelled anytime, with no penalty. We believe you stay because the product delivers results, not because of a contractual clause.
In addition to the fixed monthly fee (SaaS), we charge a 1-3% percentage on the value actually recovered by Dyvit. The percentage decreases as volume increases. This aligns our incentives: we only earn more when you recover more.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are applied immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
You receive an automatic notification when you are close to the limit. If you exceed it, the system continues running normally and we recommend an upgrade. We never block operations in progress.
We offer a supervised 30-day pilot with a subset of your portfolio. You only pay the SaaS fee, with no success fee during the pilot. This way you can evaluate results with zero risk.
The SaaS monthly fee is charged at the beginning of each cycle. The success fee is invoiced monthly based on the recovery report from the previous period. Everything comes with a full invoice and detailed breakdown.
We accept Pix, bank slip (boleto), and credit card. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing via purchase order with 30-day payment terms.
All plans include guided onboarding, negotiation rules setup, integration with your data system, and activation of your first WhatsApp channel. There is no additional setup cost.
